The Missouri Public Library Toolkit (MOPLT) is meant to help public librarians in Missouri understand the process of legal research, effectively develop and use the information located within their libraries, and utilize information located outside their libraries, with the end goal of helping the patron locate the legal information they need.
The Public Library Toolkit is a project of the Legal Information Services to the Public Special Interest Section (LISP) of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL). For legal information from other states, please click here.
This page is published and maintained by Erica Millspaugh (email@example.com), Research Services Librarian for the U.S. Courts Library for the 8th Circuit in St. Louis.
